Brain-Body Therapy App Launches on Apple App Store
Brain-Body Therapy, a pioneering mental health app, has launched on the Apple App Store. Founded by Rio Wilson, who believes in the mind-body connection, the app aims to revolutionize mental health care by combining counseling techniques with physical exercise.
The app offers 45-minute hybrid sessions, starting with a therapeutic theme, followed by movement, and concluding with reflection. These sessions are designed to address anxiety and depression, with plans to expand to ADHD and PTSD in the future. Each user's journey is personalized through a clinically informed questionnaire, delivered in 12-week phases.
Luke Lombardo, a former Ironman triathlete and Global Fitness consultant, leads the app's fitness direction. The app fosters a sense of community, featuring real-time encouragement sharing and connections with nonprofits.
Brain-Body Therapy is available for $9.99 per month, $119.88 annually, or a one-time lifetime purchase of $159.99, with a seven-day free trial. The app's unique approach to mental health, combining therapy and physical exercise, could potentially transform the way we approach and manage mental health.
