Teddi Mellencamp Pauses Immunotherapy Treatments Amidst Cancer Battle

Teddi Mellencamp, the former cast member of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" and current podcast host on "Two Ts in a Pod" with Tamra Judge, has taken a temporary break from her immunotherapy treatments. This decision was made to allow her body to recover from the grueling treatments.

Mellencamp was diagnosed with melanoma in 2022, and since then, she has been undergoing various treatments. In February 2023, she underwent surgery to remove multiple brain tumors. Unfortunately, after the surgery, doctors found three more tumors in her brain and two tumors on her lungs. These new tumors are a direct result of her melanoma.

Mellencamp's cancer diagnosis has significantly impacted her life, affecting her relationship with her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyave, and her children. Arroyave has had to step in to help Mellencamp due to her health condition. Together, they are parents of Slate, Cruz, and Dove, and Mellencamp is the stepmother of Arroyave's eldest daughter, Isabella.

Despite the challenges, Mellencamp has expressed a desire to avoid discussing her cancer extensively on her podcast to avoid depressing her listeners. However, her health condition has made it difficult for her to recap "Real Housewives" episodes as she normally would.

In an effort to manage her symptoms, Mellencamp is currently on steroids. She has revealed that the immunotherapy treatments are making her feel sicker, leading to her decision to pause the treatments temporarily.

It's worth noting that Mellencamp's divorce proceedings with Arroyave have not been affected by her medical condition. As of September 2025, there are no available search results providing information about the current treatment status of Mellencamp or the timing of her next therapy break.

Mellencamp's courage and resilience in the face of her battle with stage 4 brain cancer serve as an inspiration to many. Her journey continues, and we wish her the best in her fight against this formidable foe.
