New contract soldiers will receive one-time payments totaling 1.8 million rubles from the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), 400,000 rubles from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, and 400,000 rubles from municipal formations of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
