Hailing from Yakutia, Antonina Sivtseva has been honored with the esteemed Maria Narakhova State Social Protection Award. This recognition, bestowed during a ceremonial event, signifies her invaluable contributions to the betterment of social protection within the region.

Georgy Stepanov, Yakutia's Vice-Premier, was enthusiastic about Sivtseva's role in implementing support measures for low-income families. She has played a crucial part in shaping regulations for the enhancement of social services and contributed significantly to programs for preventing homelessness and social orphanhood.

Sivtseva's work stands out for its innovative approach, as evidenced by her consistent participation in grant projects intended to bolster social support for the populace. Her efforts have led to the development and implementation of fresh strategies in interacting with families facing challenging circumstances.

Overwhelmed with joy and pride upon receiving the prestigious award, Antonina Sivtseva shared her feelings, stating, "I have been working in this sector for 30 years, currently handling social projects and the implementation of new practices and technologies. Our republic is making remarkable strides in this area."

With a career spanning over three decades in social protection, Sivtseva has amassed valuable experience through various positions and roles, collaborating closely with state structures, public organizations, and local communities.

The celebration of Social Worker's Day wasn't limited to honoring Antonina Sivtseva. State and departmental awards were also distributed among representatives of Yakutia's social sphere. The outcome of the republican festival of artistic creativity of workers and collectives of social protection and employment, "Our Faith - Victory!", was also announced during the event.

Interestingly, the Maria Nartokhova State Social Protection Award, set up last year by Yakutia's leader Aisen Nikolaev, has its initial recipient - Galina Lebedeva, the first deputy chair of the Public Organization of War, Labor, Armed Forces, and Law Enforcement Veterans (Pensioners).

This illustrious accolade acknowledges outstanding contributions to social protection, social services, supporting children in challenging situations, including orphans and those without parental care, ensuring labor guarantees and employment, and social security.

Antonina Sivtseva's work in Yakutia extends beyond social protection, as she has also been active in grant projects aimed at improving health-and-wellness through innovative strategies for the populace. Her contributions to science have been substantial, particularly in the development and implementation of new practices and technologies for social support.

Antonina Sivtseva's dedication to social protection spans three decades, during which she has made significant strides in facilitating science and health-and-wellness policies that improve the lives of countless individuals in Yakutia. Through her work, she has developed and implemented fresh strategies that not only promote social welfare but also foster overall well-being and growth within the community.
