Korean Researcher to Demonstrate Food Poisoning Bacteria Culturing
A researcher from the Gyeonggi Province Institute of Health and Environment is set to demonstrate the culturing and isolation of food poisoning bacteria in Suwon, Gyeonggi, on May 19. The demonstration, a collaborative effort between local and international researchers, aims to raise awareness about food safety. The event will showcase the process of identifying and isolating harmful bacteria present in food, a crucial step in preventing foodborne illnesses.
