Mississippi Man Pleads Not Guilty to Stalking Jennifer Aniston

A Mississippi man, Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, has pleaded not guilty to stalking and vandalism charges involving actress Jennifer Aniston. After being deemed not competent to stand trial in May, his case has seen multiple delays due to both sides seeking more time for examination.

Carwyle's delusions include impregnating Aniston with three children, leading to two attempted intrusions onto her property. His harassment has spanned two years, involving messages and attempted physical contacts. Despite admitting his wrongdoing and claiming to be on medication, prosecutors argue he poses a present danger to Aniston and others. Carwyle has promised the judge he won't abandon his treatment program.

Judge Maria Cavalluzzi is contemplating an alternative treatment plan instead of imprisonment, and has considered consulting a forensic psychologist for advice on Carwyle's treatment and admission.

Carwyle remains incarcerated and is subject to a judge's order prohibiting contact or proximity to Aniston. His case, marked by delays and concerns about his mental state, awaits the judge's decision on his potential treatment and sentencing.
