Planned opening of thermal baths and saunas has been halted
Aukammtal Thermal Bath Renovation Delays Reopening
The Press Office of the State Capital Wiesbaden has announced that the Aukammtal Thermal Bath will not reopen as planned on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Unexpected construction delays and necessary follow-up work have caused the postponement of the reopening.
The press release, issued by the Press Office of the State Capital Wiesbaden located at Schlossplatz 6, 65183 Wiesbaden, states that the renovation work is causing noise disturbances and making regular operation currently impossible.
The Aukammtal Thermal Bath apologises for any inconvenience caused and is working to ensure the long-term quality, safety, and functionality of the facility. A new opening date for the swimming and sauna areas will be announced in due course.
For any questions, citizens can contact the responsible department or office. The press release can be accessed at www.mattiaqua.de. The contact email for the Press Office is pressereferat@our website.de.
The Aukammtal Thermal Bath would like to thank its patrons for their understanding and patience during this time. The facility looks forward to welcoming everyone back as soon as the renovation work is complete.
