In a recent development, the dairy product "Korovka iz Korenevki," produced at the Alexeevskoe facility by the company Rena, has been under scrutiny. The product, which is a staple in many households, has been accused of containing pathogenic microorganisms, specifically salmonella.

The findings were first reported by Kuban News and were based on the conclusions of a private laboratory. However, it's important to note that the specific type of pathogenic bacteria found in the product remains unconfirmed by official state bodies.

The state authorities, including Rospotrebnadzor, have officially confirmed the presence of salmonella to the consumers and retail chains. Yet, no official confirmation from state bodies regarding the fact mentioned in the materials of the private laboratory has been provided.

Interestingly, no violations were found during a check by Rospotrebnadzor in late March, involving over 150 tests of equipment and ready-made products, including the sour cream in question. The official statement from Rospotrebnadzor states that no violations were found.

In response to the accusations, the company Rena has issued a statement, expressing their commitment to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety in their production processes. They are in close contact with oversight agencies to clarify the grounds for the accusation.

The product in question has long since expired, making it impossible to confirm or refute the information. Despite this, the "Korovka iz Korenevki" product is still subject to inspection by the RF Prosecutor General's Office.

The controversy surrounding the "Korovka iz Korenevki" product serves as a reminder of the importance of rigorous testing and transparency in the food industry. As the investigation continues, consumers are advised to exercise caution when purchasing dairy products.

This article will be updated as more information becomes available. Stay tuned for further developments.
