In the my business world, companies are investing in sleep coaching, regeneration strategies, and special regeneration technologies to maximise long-term employee performance. Companies implementing sleep optimization programs with training and materials that yield a return on investment through increased productivity are seeing improved performance and reduced absenteeism. These measures are part of broader initiatives to enhance workforce health and productivity.
However, sleep issues can indicate underlying problems. Waking up at the same night can indicate problems with certain organs, according to traditional Chinese medicine.
