Democrats are pushing to undo Medicaid cuts and restore Obamacare subsidies, while Republicans insist on a clean funding bill to fund the government until November. Booker criticized Republicans for not negotiating and keeping the House out for the last two weeks. He also stated that President Trump has the responsibility to bring parties together and find a solution.
